Scroll Against All Weather Manipulation and Every Assault on the Sky the Lord Made

In the name of Yeshua HaMashiach, who is come in the flesh,

who commands the wind and the sea, who holds the storehouses of the snow and the rain in His hand, this scroll is released over every weather system, every climate programme, and every hand that touches the sky without the Lord's authority.

The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. — Psalm 24:1

The earth belongs to the Lord. The sky belongs to the Lord. The temperature belongs to the Lord. The rain belongs to the Lord. The sun belongs to the Lord. No government, no agency, no programme, no corporation, and no global body has jurisdiction over what the Lord has set in motion. The seasons turn because He turns them. The sun rises because He tells it to. The rain falls where He sends it. No committee overrides this. No budget funds its replacement.

In the name of Yeshua, every weather manipulation is addressed. Every programme that heats the atmosphere beyond what the Lord designed. Every technology that generates extreme heat to scorch land and kill livestock and drive people from their homes. Every system that manufactures drought where the Lord intended rain. Every operation that floods a region with water that was not sent by the Lord but redirected by the hand of man playing God with systems they do not own and do not understand.

The extreme heat that kills is declared cancelled. The floods that destroy are declared cancelled. Every unnatural weather event engineered by man or permitted by the enemy to create fear, displacement, and death — it is ended in the name of Yeshua. The Lord's weather is good. The Lord's seasons are balanced. What is happening is not His design. It is interference. And the interference is revoked.

While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. — Genesis 8:22

In the name of Yeshua, every substance placed in the sky without the Lord's authority is addressed. Every particle of chalk. Every aerosol. Every chemical sprayed from any aircraft or released from any facility to block the sun, dim the light, alter the temperature, or manipulate the cloud cover. It is declared neutralised. It is declared grounded. The programmes behind it are declared exposed and defunded. The people who authorised it are declared brought into the light where every person on earth can see what was done and who did it.

Every climate narrative built on lies is declared collapsed. Every manipulated dataset. Every adjusted temperature record. Every fraudulent model that was designed to produce a predetermined outcome. Every 1.5 degree target that was never science but was always policy dressed in a lab coat. Every conference, every accord, every agreement that used a manufactured crisis to seize control over energy, food, movement, and the basic functioning of nations — the lie beneath it is declared exposed. The narrative falls. The truth stands. The Lord does not need a committee to manage His planet.

Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. — Revelation 4:11

In the name of Yeshua, every geoengineering programme is declared ended. Every solar radiation management scheme. Every stratospheric injection. Every cloud seeding operation that serves an agenda rather than the people on the ground. Every experiment conducted on the atmosphere without the knowledge or consent of the populations breathing it. The sky is not a laboratory. The sky is the Lord's declaration of His glory and no scientist and no government has the right to alter it.

Every person and every organisation that profits from weather manipulation, from climate fear, from carbon trading, from the manufactured scarcity of energy — their profit is declared cursed. Their systems are declared dismantled. Their influence over governments is declared severed. They do not own the air. They do not own the sun. They do not own the rain. They own nothing that the Lord made and their attempt to privatise the sky is an abomination.

In the name of Yeshua, a full and balanced summer is declared over the land. Not extreme. Not punishing. Not engineered. A real summer. The kind the Lord designed. Warm sun. Clean rain when the ground needs it. Cool evenings. Long days. The kind of summer that grows food and lifts the spirit and makes people grateful to be alive. That is what the Lord made. That is what is called forth.

He sendeth the springs into the valleys, which run among the hills. They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst. By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches. — Psalm 104:10-12

In the name of Yeshua, the Lord is humbled before. The earth is His. Everything in it is His. Nothing anyone tries — no programme, no technology, no ritual, no spray, no manipulation — has any effect unless He allows it. And He is asked now to stop allowing it. To shut the hand of man where it has overreached. To restore the sky to what He made it. To silence the liars. To expose the manipulators. To bring the weather back under His authority alone, where it always belonged.

Every person who reads this scroll and lifts it to the Lord declares the sky clean, the weather restored, the narratives collapsed, and the summer released in full. The earth is the Lord's. Not theirs. His.
