Scroll Against the Shrinking Spirit and Every Voice That Diminishes

Heavenly Father, I come before your holy throne, in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach who is come in the flesh, who died on the cross and who rose again on the third day. I stand now in the full authority given to me, the power of attorney to speak against all things in full command.

There is a spirit that tries to shrink and reduce. It is subtle. Almost undetectable. It does not shout. It does not accuse openly. It speaks between the lines. It lives in the tone of a comment, in the slight emphasis on a word, in the look that measures and finds wanting. It says your small house. Your small garden. Your little bucket under the money stream. You use too much. You waste. It comes through people who do not know they carry it and it sounds like concern, like observation, like just being realistic. But it is not realistic. It is a spirit and it has one purpose — to make what the Lord gave feel like it is not enough and to make the person who received it feel like they are not enough.

Then saith one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, which should betray him, Why was not this ointment sold for three hundred pence, and given to the poor? — John 12:4-5

The shrinking spirit is the spirit of Judas at the spikenard. It looks at extravagant devotion and calls it waste. It measures the offering against a practical alternative and declares the offering excessive. It says that could have been spent differently. It says that was too much. It says why would you pour that out when you could have kept it, saved it, used it sensibly. And Yeshua's response was leave her alone. She has done a beautiful thing. The shrinking spirit called it waste. Yeshua called it beautiful. The spirit that measures and reduces is not speaking for the Lord. It is speaking for the one who betrayed Him.

In the name of Yeshua, this spirit is identified. It operates through people who use diminishing to justify their own missed calling. They shrink others because their own life shrank when they refused to follow what the Lord put in front of them. They chose the safe path, the small path, the sensible path — and now the spirit that sits on their unused potential speaks through them to make everyone else's obedience look foolish. They are not being helpful. They are being used. And the spirit behind them is exposed and destroyed.

Every word ever spoken by the shrinking spirit is cancelled. Every your house is small. Every your garden is small. Every you spend too much. Every you waste. Every subtle implication that what the Lord provided is insufficient and what the person does with it is excessive. Cancelled. Every word. From every mouth. In every season. Going back as far as the first time it was spoken. The entire catalogue of diminishing is wiped out and the residue it left in the mind is cleaned.

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. — Psalm 23:1

I shall not want. The Lord is the one who provides and what He provides is enough. Not because it is small and the person should be grateful for scraps. Because it is exactly what is needed for the season and the assignment and the Lord does not under-resource His people. The house is the right house. The garden is the right garden. The provision is the right provision. The shrinking spirit wants to measure it against what others have and find it lacking. But the Lord does not measure by comparison. He measures by purpose. And the purpose is served.

In the name of Yeshua, the true target of this spirit is exposed. It does not want to diminish the person. It wants to diminish the Lord. Because if the Lord's provision can be made to look small, the Lord looks small. If the person's offering can be made to look wasteful, the Lord's commission looks wasteful. If the life built in obedience can be made to look insufficient, the Lord's plan looks insufficient. The spirit is not attacking the person. It is attacking what stands behind the person. And what stands behind the person is Yeshua. And Yeshua is not small. And His provision is not small. And His commission is not waste.

I declare every person who carries this spirit called to repentance. Let them see what they have been doing with their words. Let them see the spirit that used their mouth to shrink what the Lord built. Let them see their own missed calling that the spirit was protecting by diminishing someone else's obedience. The Lord is not asking them to stay small either. He is asking them to repent and follow. But they must first see that the measuring and the reducing was never wisdom. It was a demon wearing common sense as a disguise.

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. — Philippians 4:19

In the name of Yeshua, I stand in Him. I am in Him and what He says I am. And He does not say small. He does not say wasteful. He does not say too much. He says chosen. He says called. He says appointed. He says equipped. He says provided for. He says held. And nothing the shrinking spirit speaks overrides what the Lord has declared.

I declare growth and increase. Not gluttony. Not greed. Not the mammon kind. Spiritual growth. Deeper insight into the Lord. Smoother walk with Him. Greater clarity. More fire. More authority. More fruit. The kind of growth that the shrinking spirit cannot stand because it proves that what the Lord is doing is working and what the spirit tried to reduce is expanding in spite of every word spoken against it.

I come against everything that tries to hinder this walk by coming against me with fog and confusion. Every cloud placed over the mind to obscure the path. Every heaviness dropped on the spirit to slow the movement. Every distraction sent to pull me off course. Cast out. The walk is clear. The path is lit. The Lord goes before me and the fire follows.

But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. — Proverbs 4:18

I declare clarity. I declare true impartation of the Holy Spirit. I declare fire over my life. I declare a true walk — not the performed kind, not the hallelujah crowd kind, not the version that looks right from the outside and carries nothing on the inside. A true walk. The quiet kind. The kind where the Lord is present and the person knows it and the fire burns and the scrolls flow and those who genuinely know Him recognise what they see because they carry the same thing.

By their fruits ye shall know them. — Matthew 7:20

The fruit speaks. Not the size of the house. Not the size of the garden. Not the amount in the account. The fruit. The scrolls are fruit. The fire is fruit. The discernment is fruit. The prayer is fruit. The obedience is fruit. And no shrinking spirit can reduce fruit that the Lord Himself is growing.

In the mighty name of Yeshua this is done. The shrinking spirit is destroyed. The diminishing is cancelled. The growth is declared. The walk is clear. And the fire burns.
