Scroll for the True Gifts of the Holy Spirit and the Unlocking of the Mind to Receive Them

In the name of Yeshua HaMashiach, who is come in the flesh, who promised the Comforter, who breathed on His disciples and said receive ye the Holy Ghost — this scroll is released over every mind and every spirit that has been locked away from the gifts of God.

Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant. — 1 Corinthians 12:1

The gifts of the Holy Spirit are real. They are not metaphor. They are not historical. Nor are they reserved for a special class of believer or a specific denomination or a bygone age. They are alive and they are active and they belong to every person who belongs to Yeshua. The Lord did not withdraw them. The Lord did not cancel them. Man cancelled them. Religion cancelled them. Fear cancelled them. The enemy cancelled them. But the Lord never did.

In the name of Yeshua, every doctrine that teaches the gifts have ceased is declared a lie. Cessationism is a doctrine of men and not of God. It was built to make the church manageable and the Holy Spirit controllable, and it has produced an entire generation of believers who sit in pews with their gifts still wrapped, still sealed, still untouched — not because God withheld them but because someone told them those gifts were not for today. That teaching is burned now. It is removed from every mind that has absorbed it.

But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. — 1 Corinthians 12:7

The word of wisdom. The word of knowledge. Faith. The gifts of healing. The working of miracles. Prophecy. Discerning of spirits. Divers kinds of tongues. The interpretation of tongues. These are not ornamental. These are operational. They were given for a reason and that reason has not expired. The enemy has not changed his tactics. The world has not outgrown its need for the power of God. The gifts are the equipment of the believer and without them the believer fights unarmed.

In the name of Yeshua, every spirit of fear that has wrapped itself around the gifts is removed. The fear that says if I move in the gift I will look foolish. The fear that says I will get it wrong. The fear that says maybe it is not God, maybe it is me, maybe it is the enemy. That fear is a cage and it is dismantled now. The Lord does not give a spirit of fear. He gives power and love and a sound mind. A sound mind does not reject the gifts. A sound mind operates in them.

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. — 2 Timothy 1:7

In the name of Yeshua, every religious tradition that replaced the gifts with ceremony is exposed and overturned. Every system that taught a person to sit still, stay quiet, follow the programme, and leave the spiritual work to the ordained — it is broken off. The gifts were never reserved for clergy. They were never locked behind a seminary degree. They were poured out on all flesh. The Lord said it through Joel and He performed it at Pentecost and He has not retracted the offer.

And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams. — Acts 2:17

In the name of Yeshua, the gift of discerning of spirits is declared unlocked. This gift is essential. Without it the believer cannot tell what is speaking. Cannot tell what is operating in a room. Cannot tell whether a word comes from the Lord or from the enemy or from the flesh of man. The church that does not discern will accept anything that sounds spiritual and reject anything that feels uncomfortable, and that is how false doctrine walks in through the front door wearing a smile. Discernment is declared sharpened and active over every person who reads this scroll.

In the name of Yeshua, the gift of prophecy is declared unlocked. Not the theatrical kind. Not the performance kind. Not the kind that tells people what they want to hear and calls it a word from the Lord. True prophecy. The kind that comes with weight. The kind that exposes what is hidden. The kind that edifies and exhorts and comforts according to the scripture. The mouth of the believer is loosed to speak what the Lord gives them to speak.

In the name of Yeshua, the gifts of healing are declared unlocked. The Lord heals. He has always healed. He did not stop healing when the last apostle died. He did not outsource healing to the medical system and retire from the work. The hands of the believer carry His power and when they are laid on the sick the sick shall recover. Faith for healing is declared restored to every person who has lost it.

And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. — Mark 16:17-18

In the name of Yeshua, the mind is addressed directly. The mind is the battlefield where the gifts are won or lost. If the mind does not believe, the gift cannot flow. If the mind reasons away what the spirit receives, the gift is blocked at the gate. Every intellectual objection, every rational wall, every theological argument that was built to keep the gifts at a safe academic distance — it is torn down now. The mind is not the enemy of the spirit. The mind renewed by the Lord works with the spirit. It does not fight it. A renewed mind says yes to what the Lord sends and does not strangle it with analysis before it lands.

In the name of Yeshua, every counterfeit gift is also addressed. The enemy produces imitations. False tongues. False prophecy. False words of knowledge that are actually divination. False healing that is actually sorcery. The true gifts and the counterfeit are separated now by the sword of the Word. If it does not confess Yeshua who is come in the flesh, it is not of God. That is the test. It has always been the test. The counterfeits are destroyed and the true gifts stand.

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. — 1 John 4:1

In the name of Yeshua, every person who reads this scroll is declared equipped. The Holy Spirit is not stingy. He does not give one gift grudgingly and withhold the rest. He distributes as He wills and He wills generously. The believer is told to covet earnestly the best gifts. That is not arrogance. That is obedience. To desire the gifts is to desire effectiveness in the kingdom. It is to say Lord I do not want to stand here empty-handed when there is work to do.

But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way. — 1 Corinthians 12:31

Faith for the gifts is declared restored. Expectation for the gifts is declared restored. Boldness to operate in the gifts is declared restored. The mind is unlocked. The spirit is unlocked. The mouth is unlocked. The hands are unlocked. What the Lord has given, no man and no demon and no religious system will shut down.

Forward movement in the gifts of the Holy Spirit is declared over every household that receives this word. The gifts are not decoration. They are not optional extras. They are the operational power of the kingdom of God on the earth and they are active now in the name of Yeshua.
