Scroll of Full Provision and Every Promise That Backs It

July 5, 2026

In the name of Yeshua HaMashiach, who is come in the flesh, who fed five thousand with five loaves and two fish and had twelve baskets left over — I declare full provision over my life at all times. Not partial. Not seasonal. Not dependent on the economy or the employer or the system or the government. Full provision from the Lord who owns everything and who promised to supply.

He promised. I stand in Him. Therefore nothing that tries to hit anything I do has any power whatsoever. Every shadow play the enemy runs — every illusion of lack, every appearance of shortage, every financial pressure designed to pull me off my assignment and into panic — I cancel it. The light is on. Shadows do not survive the light.

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. — Philippians 4:19

All your need. Not some. Not the ones He considers important. All. According to His riches — not according to the economy, not according to the job market, not according to what is in the account today. His riches are the supply line and His riches do not run dry.

When the enemy says there is not enough — the word says the Lord is my shepherd I shall not want. Psalm 23:1. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says provision has dried up — the word says I have been young and now am old yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken nor his seed begging bread. Psalm 37:25. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says the work will not pay — the word says the labourer is worthy of his hire. Luke 10:7. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says the bills will swallow everything — the word says seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says worry about tomorrow — the word says take therefore no thought for the morrow for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Matthew 6:34. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says God has forgotten your needs — the word says your Father knoweth what things ye have need of before ye ask him. Matthew 6:8. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says you will starve — the word says I will abundantly bless her provision I will satisfy her poor with bread. Psalm 132:15. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says the cupboard is bare — the word says the barrel of meal shall not waste neither shall the cruse of oil fail until the day that the Lord sendeth rain upon the earth. 1 Kings 17:14. It is written. The case is closed. The widow of Zarephath had enough for one last meal and the Lord made it last until the famine broke. The provision does not follow the natural supply. It follows the word of the Lord.

When the enemy says there is no way to earn — the word says the Lord thy God shall bless thee in all that thou doest. Deuteronomy 15:18. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says the business will fail — the word says the blessing of the Lord it maketh rich and he addeth no sorrow with it. Proverbs 10:22. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says the debt will crush you — the word says the Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season and to bless all the work of thine hand and thou shalt lend unto many nations and thou shalt not borrow. Deuteronomy 28:12. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says you will always struggle — the word says wealth and riches shall be in his house and his righteousness endureth for ever. Psalm 112:3. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says the harvest will not come — the word says let us not be weary in well doing for in due season we shall reap if we faint not. Galatians 6:9. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says nobody will buy what you make — the word says thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands happy shalt thou be and it shall be well with thee. Psalm 128:2. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says the land is cursed — the word says I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground. Malachi 3:11. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says you are not worthy of provision — the word says if ye then being evil know how to give good gifts unto your children how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him. Matthew 7:11. It is written. The case is closed. Provision is not a reward for performance. It is a gift from a Father who knows what His children need before they ask.

When the enemy says the ravens will not come — the word says consider the ravens for they neither sow nor reap which neither have storehouse nor barn and God feedeth them how much more are ye better than the fowls. Luke 12:24. It is written. The case is closed. He feeds the birds. He feeds the foxes. He feeds every creature that did not plant or harvest or open a bank account. And He will feed His own children who carry His name and do His work.

When the enemy says the well is empty — the word says he that believeth on me as the scripture hath said out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. John 7:38. It is written. The case is closed. The provision of the Lord is not a trickle. It is not a drip. It is rivers. Plural. Flowing. From the inside out. The source is internal because the Lord is internal and the Lord does not run dry.

When the enemy says the enemy has stolen everything — the word says I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten. Joel 2:25. It is written. The case is closed. What was taken will be returned. What was eaten will be replaced. What was lost will be found. The Lord does not just stop the theft. He restores what was stolen. In full. With interest.

Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. — Malachi 3:10

The Lord said prove me. Test me. That is the only area in all of scripture where the Lord invites a test. He is so certain about provision that He dares His people to try Him. Bring the tithe and watch what happens. Open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing so large there is not room enough to receive it. That is not modest provision. That is not just enough. That is overflow. That is more than the container can hold.

I declare that overflow now. Not as greed. Not as Temu Christianity. Not as name it and claim it nonsense. As the word of the Lord declared back to the enemy who tries to block it. The provision was promised. The provision was paid for. The provision is released. And nothing the enemy does — no financial attack, no blocked payment, no cancelled card, no disputed account, no bureaucratic obstruction, no EU regulation, no economic downturn — none of it overrides the word of the Lord.

The shadow play is over. The light is on. Shadows cannot exist where light is. And the Lord is the light.

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? — Psalm 27:1

I declare full provision over every business, every project, every platform, every book, every scroll, every translation, every piece of jewellery, every creative work that my hands produce in the name of the Lord. The work is blessed. The income is blessed. The channels of provision are open and they stay open. What the Lord has opened no man shuts.

I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it. — Revelation 3:8

Every person who reads this scroll and lifts it to the Lord is declared fully provided for. Not barely surviving. Not scraping by. Not counting coins and hoping it covers. Fully provided for. Fed. Housed. Clothed. Supplied. Equipped. With enough left over to give because the Lord's provision always exceeds the need so that the believer becomes a channel of blessing and not just a recipient.

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work. — 2 Corinthians 9:8

All grace. All sufficiency. All things. Abound to every good work. The word says all and the word means all and the case is closed.

The provision is promised. The provision is paid for. The provision is here. The shadow play is cancelled. The light is on. And the Lord provides.

It is written. It is finished. It is settled. The case is closed.

Amen and amen.
