Scroll of God's Promise and the Finished Work of the Cross

In the name of Yeshua HaMashiach, who is come in the flesh, who is the rock, who is the cornerstone, who is the foundation that cannot be moved and cannot be shaken and cannot be broken — I speak the word of God back to the enemy in every area and I declare faith restored as a substance so solid it becomes the ground I stand on.

The work is done. It was done on the cross. It was done two thousand years ago and it will never be undone. Not by time. Not by the enemy. Not by circumstance. Not by doubt. Not by delay. Not by anything in heaven, on earth, or under the earth. What Yeshua accomplished when He hung on that tree and said it is finished was the permanent, irreversible, total annihilation of every legal claim the enemy ever held over any human being who receives it. There is no appeal. There is no retrial. There is no loophole. The verdict was delivered in blood and the blood speaks.

It is finished. — John 19:30

Those three words collapsed the entire kingdom of darkness. The enemy knows it. The demons know it. Hell knows it. The only ones who do not seem to know it are the believers who sit in churches and live as though the cross was a nice idea that might help if God is in the mood. The cross was not a nice idea. The cross was a violent, decisive, permanent execution of every curse, every sin, every sickness, every chain, and every claim the enemy ever used to hold mankind in bondage. It is done. It does not need to be done again. It does not need to be topped up. It does not need to be renewed. The blood of Yeshua does not expire.

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace. — Ephesians 1:7

I speak the word back to the enemy now. Not as a request. Not as a prayer. As a legal declaration. The word of God is the document of authority and I hold it in my hand and I read it into the court of heaven and the enemy must hear it and the enemy must comply because the word is the word and it does not bend and it does not break and it does not negotiate.

So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. — Isaiah 55:11

When the enemy says the word has no power — the word says the word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any twoedged sword piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit and of the joints and marrow and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says your prayers bounce off the ceiling — the word says so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth it shall not return unto me void but it shall accomplish that which I please and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. Isaiah 55:11. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says God has abandoned you — the word says all things work together for good to them that love God to them who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says the demons will not obey — the word says even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. Luke 10:17. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy says you are exposed — the word says He shall give His angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways. Psalm 91:11. It is written. The case is closed.

When the enemy claims any power at all — the word says all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Matthew 28:18. It is written. The case is closed. That power is delegated to every believer who stands in the name of Yeshua. The enemy has no power. He has theatre. He has bluff. He has noise. But he has no power. The power belongs to the Lord and the Lord gave it to His people and the enemy can do nothing about it.

When the enemy says you are nobody — the word says ye are of God little children and have overcome them because greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. 1 John 4:4. It is written. The case is closed.

His name is Yeshua. And He is not a concept. He is not a historical figure. He is alive, He is present, He stands at the right hand of the Father, and He intercedes for every single person who calls on His name.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. — Hebrews 11:1

Faith is not a feeling. It is not a mood. It is not optimism. It is not wishful thinking. It is not a personality trait that some people have and some do not. Faith is a substance. It has weight. It has density. It has material reality in a realm that the five senses cannot access. When the word of God is spoken, faith materialises. When the word is declared, faith solidifies. When the word is stood upon, faith becomes the ground beneath the feet of the believer and that ground does not move.

The enemy cannot produce faith. He can produce counterfeit signs. He can produce lying wonders. He can produce emotional experiences that feel spiritual. But he cannot produce the substance of faith because faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God and the enemy does not carry the word. He misquotes it. He twists it. He takes it out of context the way he did in the wilderness when he tempted Yeshua. But Yeshua answered every temptation with the same three words — it is written. And the enemy left.

Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him. — Matthew 4:11

That is the model. The enemy speaks. The believer answers with the word. The enemy leaves. It is not complicated. It is not mysterious. It does not require a degree or an anointing or a special prayer language. It requires the word of God in the mouth of a person who believes it. That is all. That is everything.

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. — Romans 10:17

I declare faith restored now. Not weak faith. Not hoping faith. Not maybe faith. Rock faith. Foundation faith. The faith that Yeshua described when He said the wise man built his house upon the rock and the rain descended and the floods came and the winds blew and beat upon that house and it fell not for it was founded upon a rock.

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. — Matthew 7:24-25

That is the faith declared over every person who reads this scroll. Rock faith. House-on-the-rock faith. The kind that does not move when the storm hits because the foundation is not circumstance and the foundation is not feeling and the foundation is not what the eyes see or what the body feels or what the bank account says or what the doctor says or what the enemy whispers in the dark. The foundation is the word of God. And the word of God does not move.

For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. — Psalm 119:89

It is settled. It was settled before the earth was formed. Before the enemy fell. Before Adam sinned. Before the flood. Before Egypt. Before the cross. The word was settled before any of it happened because the word is the Lord Himself and the Lord does not change.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. — John 1:1

The word is God. The word became flesh. The word dwelt among us. The word died on the cross. The word rose again. The word is alive now. The word sits at the right hand of the Father. And the word is in the mouth of every believer who speaks it. When the believer opens their mouth and declares the word of God, they are releasing the Lord Himself into the atmosphere. That is why the enemy cannot stand against it. He is not facing a human being with an opinion. He is facing the word of God, which is God, which is Yeshua, which is the name above every name before which every knee must bow.

Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth. — Philippians 2:9-10

Every knee. Not some. Every. Things in heaven bow. Things on earth bow. Things under the earth bow. The enemy bows. He does not want to. He will not do it willingly. But the word says every knee and the word does not lie and the word does not fail and the word does not return void.

I declare this faith as a rock under the feet of every person who reads this scroll. Immovable. Unshakeable. Indestructible. Not because the person is strong but because the rock is strong. Not because the believer never doubts but because the word never changes. The storms will come. The rain will fall. The floods will rise. The winds will blow. But the house on the rock does not fall. It does not fall. It does not fall.

The cross is the foundation. The blood is the seal. The word is the substance. Faith is the rock. And Yeshua is all of it.

It is written. It is finished. It is settled. The case is closed.

Amen and amen.
