Scroll of Peace, Provision, and Total Restoration A Decree for the Peacemakers and those who were robbed
1. The Court Is Open
In the name of Yeshua HaMashiach, who is come in the flesh, who died on the cross and rose again on third day. And he who said "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God," who said "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you," who is Himself our peace, I open this case.
Not for warfare. Not for fire. For restoration. For every soul that has been robbed, blocked, delayed, drained, and denied what the Lord already assigned to them.
Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. — Matthew 5:9 (KJV)
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. — John 14:27 (KJV)
2. Declaration of Peace
In the name of Yeshua I declare peace over my life. Not the absence of conflict, but the presence of the Lord in the middle of it.
In the name of Yeshua I declare peace over my mind. Every racing thought, every anxious loop. Be still.
In the name of Yeshua I declare peace over my home. Every tension, every unspoken frustration, every heavy atmosphere. Lifted.
In the name of Yeshua I declare peace over my body. Every stress held in the shoulders, the jaw, the stomach, the chest. Released.
I declare peace over my relationships. Every misunderstanding, every distance, every wall built in self-protection. Softened.
I declare peace over my finances. Every panic, every scarcity mindset, every dread of the next bill. Silenced.
I declare the peace of God which passes all understanding standing guard over my heart and mind.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. — Philippians 4:7 (KJV)
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. — Isaiah 26:3 (KJV)
3. Declaration of Provision
In the name of Yeshua:
I declare Lord is my provider and He is not limited by the economy, the industry, the algorithm, or the enemy.
Every door of provision that was shut by demonic assignment, I declare it opened. Every client that was redirected, I call them back. Every opportunity that was stolen, I declare it restored or replaced with something better. Every income stream that was blocked, I unblock it now in the name of Yeshua.
I declare provision that does not come through systems designed to exploit. I declare provision that arrives without sorrow attached. I declare provision that is not scraps, not leftovers, not barely enough. I declare overflow. The pressed down, shaken together, running over kind.
I declare that the Lord who feeds the ravens and clothes the lilies has not forgotten me. I am worth more than many sparrows. And He knows what I need before I ask.
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. — Philippians 4:19 (KJV)
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. — Luke 6:38 (KJV)
Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? — Matthew 6:26 (KJV)
4. Restoration of What Was Robbed
In the name of Yeshua:
I declare total restoration over everything the enemy stole.
Every year consumed by the locust, restored. Every season wasted in the wilderness, redeemed. Every gift buried under fear, reactivated. Every talent suppressed by the voice that said "you're not good enough," released. Every relationship severed by demonic interference, healed or replaced. Every opportunity that passed me by because of delay, confusion, or sabotage, I declare the Lord brings something greater in its place.
I declare restoration of joy. Not performance joy. Not worship-leader joy. Real joy.
I declare restoration of creativity. Every idea that was blocked. Every project that stalled. Every design that wouldn't come together. I release the flow in the name of Yeshua.
I declare restoration of confidence. Not arrogance. Not performance. The quiet settled knowledge that I am called, I am equipped, and I am exactly where He wants me.
And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed. — Joel 2:25-26 (KJV)
5. Unblocking What Was Blocked
In the name of Yeshua I declare:
Every spiritual blockage over my calling, removed.
Every invisible wall between me and what He prepared for me, demolished.
Every glass ceiling installed by the enemy over my ministry, my business, my writing, my music, my creativity, my provision, shattered.
Every prayer that felt like it hit brass, I declare the brass heaven torn open. Every decree that felt like it bounced back, I declare it landing now. Every seed I planted that seemed to die in the ground, I declare it germinating.
I am not stuck. I am not stagnant. I am not forgotten. The delay was not denial. It was warfare. And the warfare is ending.
What was held back is now released. What was dammed up is now flowing. What was buried is now rising.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. — Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV)
The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands. — Psalm 138:8 (KJV)
6. For the Peacemakers
Blessed are the peacemakers. Not the passive. Not the silent. Not the ones who avoid conflict to keep the room comfortable. The ones who carry peace into war zones. The ones who bring shalom into chaos without becoming chaos themselves. The ones who can sit next to a witch at a pub table and not flinch because the fire they carry is bigger than the fire aimed at them.
The peacemakers are not weak. They are the most dangerous people in the room. Because they don't need to fight to win. They just carry what they carry and the atmosphere changes.
In the name of Yeshua declare that I am a peacemaker. Not because I avoid. Because I carry. And what I carry is not mine. It is His. And His peace is a weapon the enemy has no answer for.
And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. — James 3:18 (KJV)
The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace. — Psalm 29:11 (KJV)
7. Sealed
This scroll is sealed in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach.
And in his mighty name peace is declared. Provision is released. Restoration is activated. Every blockage is removed. Every robbery is avenged by restoration. Every peacemaker reading this is covered, equipped, and sent.
The battle is not mine. The provision is not mine to manufacture. The peace is not mine to generate. It all comes from Him. And He has already given it.
I receive it now. Without guilt. Without striving. Without performing. I simply receive what was always mine.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. — Psalm 23:1-3 (KJV)
In the Name that is peace itself. Yeshua HaMashiach. Amen
