Scroll of Revival Against the Spirit of Ease and the Comfort Idol
Because the time is Now!
Father in Heaven, we come before Your throne in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach who is come in the flesh, and we bring this scroll against the spirit of ease, the idol of comfort, and every demonic operation that keeps Your people from seeking Your face.
We identify this spirit now. It is the spirit that wants the blessing without the encounter. The answered prayer without the relationship. The solution without the surrender. It is the spirit that treats the Living God like a service counter, takes what it needs, and walks away without once looking into His eyes.
And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:13.
Not with half a heart. Not with a glancing prayer on the way to something easier. All your heart. That is the cost, and this spirit exists to make sure nobody pays it.
We come against the laziness that will not seek. We come against the idleness that will not press in. We come against the hidden magic wish that expects God to deliver like a parcel without the seeker ever kneeling, ever fasting, ever sitting still long enough to hear His voice. That is not faith. That is Baal dressed in church clothes.
Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. Psalm 16:11.
The fulness is in His presence. Not in the answer. Not in the comfort. Not in the resolved circumstance. In Him. And this spirit keeps people one step away from that presence at all times, offering them just enough relief to stop them going further.
We come against the cultural Christianity that sings comforting hymns and never touches the fire. That quotes grace and never faces holiness. That knows about the Lord but will not know the Lord. That has a form of godliness but denies the power thereof.
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 2 Timothy 3:5.
We come against the spirit that replaces encounter with tradition. That replaces the Holy Ghost with a nice feeling. That replaces the voice of God with a sermon about the voice of God. We declare that substitution finished, burned away, and rendered powerless in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach who is come in the flesh.
We come now for those who will not come for themselves.
We stand in the gap for every person who wants ease more than they want Him. Not in judgement but in intercession. We were all there. We all reached for the comfortable version before we met the real one. And the real one burned the comfortable version to ash and we are grateful.
I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions. Joel 2:28.
We call this forth now. Not as a future hope. As a present declaration. Pour out Your Spirit, Lord. On sons who mock what they do not understand. On husbands who will not look up from the ground. On families who avoid Your name like a sharp object. On those who never knew what they were walking away from. On their families, their children, their bloodlines. Let the fire fall on every one of them.
We come against the shame that keeps people from Your throne. The voice that says you are not good enough. The voice that says you have gone too far. The voice that says He would not want you if He really knew you. That is a lie from the pit of hell and we cancel it now.
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Romans 8:1.
No condemnation. None. The shame is a false gatekeeper standing in front of an open door telling people the door is locked. We tear that gatekeeper down. We burn the lie. We declare that every person held back by shame, by rejection, by false condemnation, by the belief that they are too broken, too dirty, too far gone, is released now into the knowledge that He is not standing with crossed arms. He is standing with open ones.
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. Isaiah 1:18.
We come against the spirit of rejection that tells people God does not want them. We come against the self-hatred that says I am not worth saving. We come against the demonic whisper that says everyone else gets the encounter but not you. We declare that lie obliterated in the name of Yeshua. He came for the lost sheep. He came for the one. He came for you specifically and the enemy has been lying to you your entire life about that.
We declare revival. Not the conference version. Not the stage version. Not the revival that sells tickets and fades in a week. We declare the Joel 2 revival. The outpouring on all flesh. The sons and daughters prophesying. The old men dreaming dreams. The young men seeing visions. We declare that this is the season and the fire is already falling.
We declare revival to the nations. We declare that every person reading this scroll is touched by the Holy Ghost right now. Not later. Not when they are ready. Now. Because readiness is another delay tactic and the Lord does not wait for readiness. He comes when He comes and He is coming now.
We repent on behalf of all who will not yet repent for themselves. We stand in the gap as intercessors, not as judges. We carry them before the throne and we say Lord, they do not know what they are refusing. Open their eyes. Burn the scales away. Let them see You as You are, not as religion painted You, not as culture dismissed You, not as comfort replaced You. Let them see the real Yeshua and let that seeing wreck every idol, every Baal altar, every comfort system they built in Your absence.
For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. Habakkuk 2:14.
We declare this filling now. Not a trickle. A flood. Cover the earth. Cover the nations. Cover the households. Cover the stubborn hearts, the lazy hearts, the shamed hearts, the hidden hearts, the hearts that gave up looking twenty years ago. Cover them all.
We seal this scroll in the mighty name of Yeshua HaMashiach, the Son of the Living God, the One who is come in the flesh, who died, who rose, who sits at the right hand of the Father, and who is coming again. It is done. It is written. It is sealed. Amen.
