Scroll of Total Annihilation Against All Atmospheric Manipulation and the Theft of the Heavens

Father in Heaven, we come before Your throne in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach who is come in the flesh, and we bring this scroll of total annihilation against every operation, every programme, every technology, every principality, and every demonic assignment that manipulates the atmosphere, seeds the clouds, poisons the air, blocks the sun, alters the weather, and steals the heavens from the people You gave them to.

The sky is Yours. The clouds are Yours. The rain is Yours. The sun is Yours. The wind is Yours. The seasons are Yours. And no government, no military, no corporation, no principality, and no demonic council has the right to touch what belongs to the Creator of heaven and earth.

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Psalm 19:1.

The heavens were made to declare His glory. Not to be sprayed, seeded, blocked, filtered, modified, or weaponised by men who think they can manage the sky better than the One who hung it. Every trail in the air that was not placed there by the hand of God is identified, exposed, and cancelled now.

We come against every cloud seeding operation. Every chemical dispersal. Every aerosol programme. Every atmospheric injection of barium, strontium, aluminium oxide, silver iodide, and every substance known and unknown that is being released into the air above our heads without our knowledge and without our consent. We declare it exposed. We declare it neutralised. We declare every particle that does not belong in the sky of God burned out of the atmosphere by the fire of the Holy Ghost.

He causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings for the rain; he bringeth the wind out of his treasuries. Psalm 135:7.

He makes the rain. He brings the wind. He causes the vapours to rise. Not the military. Not a contractor with a fleet of tankers and a classified budget. The Lord brings the weather from His treasuries and no man has the right to intercept it, redirect it, suppress it, or manufacture a counterfeit version of it.

We come against the suppression of rain. We come against the suppression of sunlight. We come against every programme that dims the sky, blocks the natural light of the sun, and replaces the blue heavens with a white chemical haze that sits over cities and nations like a pharmaceutical lid. That lid is not cloud cover. It is a manufactured ceiling and we shatter it now in the name of Yeshua.

While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. Genesis 8:22.

Summer and winter shall not cease. Heat and cold shall not cease. These are covenant promises from the mouth of God after the flood, and no human programme to eliminate summer heat, to manufacture winter, to flatten the seasons into a controlled grey mediocrity has any authority to override what God covenanted with the earth itself.

We come against the fear narrative that drives this manipulation. The manufactured panic over natural seasons. The claim that summer heat is an emergency that requires intervention from above. Summer is summer. The Lord made it hot. He made it cold in winter. The seasons are His design and the terror campaign that says the weather must be managed by human hands is a Baal operation. It is the same spirit that said sacrifice your child or the rain will not come. Now it says accept the spraying or the heat will kill you. Same altar. Same lie. Different century.

Thus saith the Lord; If ye can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, and that there should not be day and night in their season; Then may also my covenant be broken. Jeremiah 33:20-21.

The covenant of day and night. The covenant of the seasons. The covenant of seedtime and harvest. These are not suggestions. These are binding agreements between the Creator and His creation, and we declare that no programme on earth has the authority or the power to break what God has spoken over the natural order.

We come against the principalities behind the programmes. We are not ignorant. We know that weather manipulation is not only technological. It is spiritual. There are territorial spirits assigned to control the atmosphere, to block the heavens, to create artificial drought and artificial flood, to punish regions and reward others according to the agenda of the prince of the power of the air.

Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience. Ephesians 2:2.

The prince of the power of the air. That title is not metaphorical. There is a principality that claims jurisdiction over the atmosphere, and every operation that manipulates the sky serves that principality whether the operators know it or not. The pilot does not need to know who he serves. The programme does not need to name its god. The chain of command runs upward from the physical into the spiritual and at the top of it sits a spirit that has no right to the air it claims.

We revoke that claim now. The atmosphere belongs to the Lord God Almighty. Every square metre of sky. Every layer of the atmosphere from ground level to the edge of space. It is His. It was always His. And we declare the prince of the power of the air stripped of his stolen authority over the heavens in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach who is come in the flesh.

And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Colossians 2:15.

We come against every technology used to manipulate the atmosphere. Every HAARP installation. Every ionospheric heater. Every frequency weapon aimed at the sky. Every satellite system redirecting weather patterns. Every radar installation used to steer storms, suppress rainfall, or manufacture drought. We declare every one of these systems identified, exposed, and rendered impotent. Let them malfunction. Let the frequencies fail. Let the equipment degrade. Let the operators be confounded. Let the funding dry up. Let the programmes collapse under the weight of their own arrogance.

We come against the marine technology that works with the atmospheric manipulation. The ocean-based systems, the wave generators, the underwater frequency operations that work in concert with the aerial programmes to control the weather from both above and below. We sever the connection between the atmospheric operation and the marine operation now. The sky and the sea belong to the Lord and no technology bridging them for the purpose of control has any right to stand.

The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land. Psalm 95:5.

We declare the return of natural weather. Real rain. Real sun. Real seasons. Real clouds formed by the hand of God, not by the nozzle of a tanker. We declare blue skies restored. We declare the white haze dissolved. We declare the chemical ceiling shattered and the heavens opened to declare the glory of God as they were designed to do from the beginning.

We come against the spirit of control that drives this entire operation. The same Baal spirit that cannot tolerate uncertainty. The same spirit that sacrifices to guarantee outcomes. The same spirit that says we will manage the weather because we do not trust the One who made it. That is idolatry. That is the tower of Babel aimed at the sky. And we declare it falls.

And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Genesis 11:5-6.

They imagined they could reach heaven and manage it. The Lord came down and scattered them. We ask You to come down again, Lord. Look at what they are building. Look at what they are spraying. Look at what they imagine they can do with Your sky. And scatter it. Confound the language of the programmes. Confuse the coordination between agencies. Let the left hand not know what the right hand is doing until the whole operation falls apart.

We declare clean air over every nation. We declare unpoisoned rain over every crop. We declare unfiltered sunlight over every child. We declare the natural order restored and protected by the hand of the Lord who made it and who alone has the right to govern it.

We seal this scroll in the mighty name of Yeshua HaMashiach, the Son of the Living God, the One who calmed the storm with a word, who walked on the water, who commands the wind and the waves and they obey Him. The sky is His. The sea is His. The air is His. And no principality, no programme, and no government will touch it without answering to Him. It is done. It is written. It is sealed. Amen.
