🔥 This scroll is issued against every gangstalking operation — past, present, and future — operating against the children of God and against any innocent soul targeted by these systems.

SECTION II — CHARGES BROUGHT BEFORE HEAVEN

Watching, monitoring, tracking the movements and lives of the innocent without lawful cause — this is an abomination before the Lord.
🔥 Charge 2 — Coordinated harassment:
Organising people — knowingly or unknowingly — to follow, intimidate, gaslight, and destabilise targets. This is witchcraft in human form.
🔥 Charge 3 — Technological weaponry:
Using frequencies, directed energy, electromagnetic pulses, and digital systems to cause physical harm, mental confusion, sleep deprivation, and bodily pain. This is pharmakeia weaponized.
🔥 Charge 4 — Psychological warfare:
Gaslighting, street theatre, noise campaigns, and manufactured chaos designed to make the target appear unstable. This is the spirit of Jezebel operating through systems.
🔥 Charge 5 — Financial sabotage:
Blocking income, interfering with employment, manipulating banking systems, and using debt collectors as weapons of harassment.
🔥 Charge 6 — Spiritual suppression:
Targeting those who carry fire, who write scrolls, who walk in authority — specifically to silence the prophetic voice.
🔥 Charge 7 — Murder by stealth:
Driving targets to despair, isolation, sickness, and death through sustained invisible warfare. This is blood on their hands.
