BEFORE THE ANCIENT OF DAYS

IN THE SOVEREIGN NAME AND UNBROKEN BLOOD OF YESHUA HAMASHIACH

RECORDED AND EXECUTED BY COMMAND OF THE HIGH COUNCIL

MATTER OF RECORD:

The abortive cycles of October; the carnal commemorations of death; the territorial gridlock; the projected scarcity; and every subordinate covenant of witchcraft, divination and night terrors.

I. THE STANDING DECREE OF TITLE AND TERRITORY

Let the books be opened. It is written and sealed in the courts of eternity: the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof; the world and they that dwell therein. The cycles of the sun, the turning of the seasons and the gate of the tenth month have nothing to do with the grave, nothing to do with the prince of the power of the air and nothing to do with any bloodline trade carried out under the cover of darkness.

By the eternal right of Yeshua HaMashiach (who went down into the depths, took the keys of death and of Sheol and openly conquered every principality and power), we bring before the Judge of all the earth the Blood of the Everlasting Covenant.

We make this legal objection: there is no land, no atmosphere, no human line and no hour of the night which has been granted to the spirits of fear, slaughter or ancestral horror. The claims of darkness over this season are hereby declared null, void and without jurisdiction.

II. THE STRIKING OF THE HALLOWEEN ALTARS AND COMMERCE OF DEATH

To every altar raised in the name of festivity, masquerade and seasonal horror: the fire of Yahweh is upon your foundations.

The Curse of Fear over the children broken: we nullify every portal through which terror, dread, familiar spirits and demonic fascination may be introduced into the mind of the next generation. We declare that the spirit of fear has no lawful claim. The eyes and gates of the innocent are sealed with the blood of the Lamb.

The breaking of blood sacrifices and covenants with Sheol: to every hidden covenant, every nocturnal meeting, every hex, incantation, effigy and invocation directed to the realm of the dead; your words return void to your own vessels. It is written: "Your covenant with death is hereby dissolved and your covenant with Sheol is null and void." Every unholy transaction made in the dark is broken by the gavel of the righteous judge.

The unmasking of false identity: we take away the authority from every mask which glorifies decay, death, the ghoul, the beast and the demonic. The light of the Living King goes into the dark places and the false covering is consumed by the holiness of God.

III. The dissolution of the gridlock and the spiritual paralysis

To every demonic gridlock deployed to slow, freeze, or choke the movements of the remnant, the decree of the Throne is issued:

The Cleaving of Obstructions: we strike the spirit of Python, the spirit of sluggishness and the net of bewitchment which is attempting to bring about paralysis in the mind, in the communication, in the body and in the assignment.

The Sundering of Witchcraft Snares: every monitoring spirit, every bird of the air assigned to be the eyes and ears of the occult grids, every watcher entity stationed at the periphery of homes, families and networks is blinded and driven back into outer darkness.

Command to Move: Where the enemy has tried to build walls of spiritual congestion, delay and mental fog we send forth the East Wind of the Lord to clear the heavens. The paths are straightened. The wheels of God's chariot go on unimpeded. The gates lift up their heads and the King of Glory comes in.

IV. THE EXECUTION OF JUDGMENT AGAINST THE SCARCITY ENGINE

We address the institutional and spiritual engine of scarcity, constriction, and fear of lack:

The Shattering of the Black Horse Decrees: We break the counterfeit decrees of artificial want, manufactured terror and economic intimidation which are designed to induce anxiety and compliance in God's people with the corrupt systems.

The release of the sanctuary provision: it is written "The young lions shall be famished and shall lack, but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing." We are opposed to the spirit of dry bones and famine. The storehouses of heaven are opened upon the households that honour the Living God.

The sealing of the hand: every devourer (every one assigned to swallow up the resources, to destroy the health, to drain the life-force, to fracture the peace) is rebuked and cast out by the authority of Yeshua. In their place is established the blessing which makes rich and adds no sorrow.

V. THE ATMOSPHERE CLAIMED AGAIN BY FIRE

Let the fire that burns before the Throne fall upon the 10th month.

We drive back the thick clouds of necromancy, of psychic prayer, of astral projection and of wicked design. We release the warring hosts of heaven (the seraphim, the archangels of battle and the company of heaven) to clear the skies, the land and the waters of every pollution of the pit.

The light of Christ cuts through the October dark.

The snare is broken and our soul has flown out of the snare of the fowler.

The council of the wicked is confounded.

Their arrows are broken upon the bowstring of God.

This scroll is in the archives of Heaven and is backed by the life and authority of Yeshua HaMashiach, King of kings and Lord of lords which is indestructible.

No counter decree can stand. No demonic petition can reverse it.

So it is spoken. So it is written. So it is.
